About the Role

As an Affiliate Assistant, you’ll help manage, organize, and optimize our affiliate programs. You’ll be the point of contact for affiliate partners, support campaign execution, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the inner workings of performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new affiliates into our program
• Track affiliate performance and prepare weekly reports
• Maintain communication with affiliates (answer questions, share updates, provide resources)
• Coordinate campaigns, offers, and promotional materials
• Research and identify potential affiliate partners
• Support the marketing team in day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, reporting, and digital tools
• Basic understanding of affiliate or performance marketing (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
